Poets Corner Driving School holds personal information and driving licence details as a part of its standard trading activities. The information here confirms how we store and use that information and all pupils will be required to sign a form which provides their consent to this.

• • • We will delete your licence details you supply us as soon as we have completed the validation check. We will not share this information with any third party.

    • We will not share your name, home address, email address with any third party except for legal reasons.

    • Any photo taken when you pass will only go on our Facebook business page. It will also appear for a short time on our website.

    • Your pass picture will be kept purely for our records and will not be shared with any third party and will be deleted off your instructors phone.

    • If you are on Facebook we will ask you to send the owner of Poets Corner School of Motoring a friend request (optional) when you pass your test so that we can tag your picture. This of course can be cancelled by yourself at any point if you require.

    • No dash cam video’s are kept unless in case of a accident for insurance purposes.

    • If your instructor uses ‘driver progress records’ these will be returned to you at the end of your time with us or destroyed.
